In many instances, it appears paradoxical that women who advocate strongly for "Women Empowerment" sometimes harbor feelings of resentment towards other women.

Within my personal sphere, I've encountered individuals who initially seem welcoming, preaching about "girl power," only to end up revealing their true colors over time.

The quote, "Your actions will speak louder than your words ever will," resonates deeply with me because, ultimately, talk is cheap if not backed by consistent behavior.

Jealousy is often cited as one of the roots of many downfalls.

Research has identified several causes of extreme jealousy, including low self-esteem, high neuroticism, and a sense of possessiveness.

Surprisingly, studies have shown that women report higher levels of jealousy than men, often stemming from insecurities, poor self-image, and a misguided sense of ownership.

Is it overly optimistic to expect genuine friendship, fair career advancement opportunities, and mutual support without ulterior motives?

Unfortunately, we've witnessed instances where women ostracize others based on their talent and other reasons despite portraying the opposite.

If we redirected our negative energy into positive endeavors, we could achieve remarkable things together.

However, we still have much progress to make, as evidenced by the continued prevalence of the "Boys Club" in many industries, despite efforts to promote gender equality.

In our interactions with other women, let's strive to be kind, maintain a positive demeanor, and act with grace. Small gestures can have significant impacts.

Toxic individuals may attempt to diminish our power, but we must not allow them to succeed. Staying positive and focused on productivity will help us stay on course.

Other women are not our competition. Each of us have our own unique goals and paths. It's not about me versus you; it's about me versus myself.

Let's create supportive networks where we highlight the importance of building supportive systems among women where collaboration and encouragement is welcomed and where race, sexual orientation and class is not judged.

Let's agree that we lack mentorship programs and emphasize in creating those to help women advance in their careers. Experienced career women should take some time away from their calendar and mentor younger women. This is important for the personal development and continuous learning for women to build confidence, skills and resilience.

Let's be loud in celebrating our achievements! while taking care of ourselves and our work/life balance because in the end of the day, taking care of ourselves is essential for our well-being and sucess.

We can create an empowering message for women everywhere to support eachother, challenge systematic barriers and strive for personal and collective growth.
