Your typical Ladies at work.

Some folks switch jobs for a better atmosphere or to dodge certain people. But in my adventures, I've learned you can't shake off certain types—no matter where you go. These characters aren't limited to one country; trust me, they're a global phenomenon.

Welcome to Part I of my profiling series, starring the classic ladies of the workplace. You've probably met, interacted with, or at least heard about them.

First up:

Carrie "The Eternal Employee" You've been here since day 1, Carrie? Well, so has the building, it seems. Carrie is like the cornerstone of the company. She knows everyone, remembers their names before introductions, and is the go-to for any random question. She's caring, loving, and basically the office mom. If there were a company-wide award for congeniality, she'd win it, hands down. Seriously, Carrie, how do you do it?

"Hi, I'm Dolly, and you are?" For some, work is more than just work; it's a social playground. Some find friendships, while Dolly's on a mission to find her soulmate in the cubicles. She figures she's here most of the time anyway, so why not? Good luck, Dolly, we're cheering you on!

Abigail aka "Drama Queen" Everyone knows Abigail. She's built herself a reputation that makes people think twice about interacting with her. She's convinced the world's against her, when in reality, no one's really paying her that much attention. Not exactly the brightest spark, she spills her struggles to anyone who'll listen. Abigail, honey, it's time to either shake it off or step up your game. Word of advice: steer clear of your own drama.

Tanya "Oh, I Love Your Dress! We're Friends Now" Tanya's an introvert, but at work, she flips that switch and makes friends with everyone. She's nauseatingly positive, always has something nice to say, and you can never stay mad at her, even on your busiest days. It's refreshing to have Tanya around; she'll boost your spirits when you're down and drag you to lunch for a breather. Tanya, I think we could be friends outside of work too.

"A strong woman knows she has strength enough for the journey, but a woman of strength knows it's in the journey where she'll become strong." - Unknown.

Stay tuned for more character profiles from the trenches of work, life, and everything in between
